We want you to love your Noah Kahan official merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and digital media are final sale.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a tracking notification once the package is in transit to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
